Our office accepts assignment of insurances. We will help you with the paperwork of filing for insurance claims. Please bring your insurance information and your current card with you on your first visit. We may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits so that we can remain up to date and fully informed to serve you. Our office provides a cost estimate for procedures to be performed in the form of a treatment plan. This way you can be informed of insured and uninsured costs, and we kindly ask that you pay the uninsured costs the day the services are rendered. As a courtesy, we file all claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims and track claims for you.

If you are uninsured, we accept cash, checks, Debit, MasterCard and Visa. Monthly payments are also available. We truly want to help you have a healthy mouth, come in and discuss all your options with us.
